PRINT

Q. Do you print business cards?
A. Yes, along with all other office stationary.

Q. Can you help with the design?
A. Yes, we can also help advise you with the best choice of paper suitable for any lasering requirements.

Q. Can you help us save money?
A. We cannot always save you money; however, we will always make comments on the best possible way i.e. printing blank business cards for over printing. This would save money and time. Putting an item more than ‘one up’ on a sheet. Showing you sometimes four colours both sides can be as cost affective as four-colour one side and one on the reverse, printing two jobs at the same time and so on.

Q. If we supply the job on disk can you make corrections?
A. Yes, as long as the file lets us (please supply the fonts where possible).

Q. Can you print posters?
A. Yes, we print all sizes.

Q. Do you print four colour envelopes?
A. Up to six colours in all sizes.

Q. Do you print NCR pads?
A. Yes. We also offer for clients, stock control and pick /pack on a daily basis and delivery on overnight to multiple stores or people.

Q. Can you organise overseas deliveries?
A. Yes we can.

Q. Can you print books or short run magazines?
A. Yes, brochures perfect bound, stitched, die cut, foil blocked, matt laminated and spot UV.

MAILING

Q. We send out objects of all sizes can you help?
A. Yes, we have a team of bench workers, who fulfil all types of mailings, needing to be done by hand.

Q. Can you send me some prices on print and mailing?
A. Yes, if you give us a brief we’ll get a quote to you.

Q. Do you handle overseas postage?
A. Yes we do, we handle large volumes of overseas mail.

Q. Do you supply data for mailings?
A. Yes, based on a specification supplied by the customer.

Q. Can you overprint envelopes?
A. Yes, we also supply all sizes of envelopes.

Q. Is there a minimum quantity that you’ll undertake?
A. No, but we do have a minimum charge on all work.

Q. What’s your normal turnaround time?
A. Normally 4-5 working days, dependent on the size of the mailing, but sometimes we can be quicker, depending on how busy we are.

Q. Can you store materials for future mailings?
A. Yes. Although we will sometimes charge a weekly storage cost.

Q. How do we pay for the postage for the mailing?
A. If you have a Royal Mail Postage Docket, you can supply this to us for your mailing otherwise we will pro-forma the postage to you to be paid before the mailing is despatched.

Q. Our database is in a bit of state, would you be able to clean it up for us?
A. Yes we do offer this service but obviously there would be a cost attached to it.

Q. We are purchasing some data from an outside source, do you sign confidentiality forms?
A. Yes, we are more than happy to sign them and receive the data from a third party for your mailing.

Q. How large a mailing can you handle?
A. We generally take on mailings up to 500,000 items.

Q. How much notice do you need of a mailing coming up?
A. Ideally about a week, to plan it into our production schedule.

Q. Can you organise door drops?
A. Yes, to the door or through newspapers.
