Direct was required to ship out spare Mini Cooper wheels, to motor
technicians on behalf of our customer. This somewhat unusual request
required specialist packaging and mass shipment through a courier
company. The wheels were packed, despatched and received by the
technicians within 72 hours of our receiving delivery of the wheels.

We
were asked by this well known mobile telecoms company to source
a consumer data base of 100,000 records, design a letter, leaflet
and return form, then personalise the letter in mailsort order,
insert and mail every month. We have been handling this project
for the last 12 months. This is what our customer said:

of Brochure within tight deadline
Our
customer required a 98pp + 4pp cover on specialist paper stock,
printed 5 colours throughout, with foil blocked cover & perfect
bound. The complete job was to be printed and delivered to a third
party overseas within 36 hours.
The job was completed on time. Prior to this job, the customer had
used a total of 5 other printers and only came to us because he
had an emergency and had heard we could solve his problem - none
of his incumbent suppliers agreed to accept the challenge.

and mailing
We
undertook a mailing for our customer, whereby we had to apply a
sticker to a plastic model of their game. This was after designing
and printing the label to look like their game (on screen). We then
enclosed into a personalised letter and inserted into specialized
envelopes and despatched within 24 hours. |
